- Liaison with national and local agents to inform them of the clients property requirements
- The Undertaking of site/town/city visits on behalf of the clients – this allows H3 to search out suitable opportunities for the clients and start to build up town files and background information.
- Assessment of sites and properties available
- Undertaking of a feasibility report
- The undertaking of specific site inspections with the client and their development team
- Preparation of board reports on behalf of the client regarding the property acquisition
- Instruction and leadership of the clients development team
- Project Management of the acquisition process for the property
- Project Management of the planning process
- Project Management of the licensing process
- Construction Management of the fit-outs/development of the unit in line with the clients brief
- Management of the Client Duties and Principal Designer Duties as set out under the CDM Regulations 2015
