H3 Developments is a privately owned property development company that uses its specialised property skills to provide high quality developments throughout the North of England for both Residential and Commercial Developments. We pride ourselves on achieving the highest possible standards of quality in all of our Developments.

We are currently seeking to provide a range of quality homes from starter homes through to Executive homes including apartments in the correct location.

Each Development will be individually designed by one of H3 Developments consulting architects, engineers and interior designers – all tasked with ensuring that each development will be suitable for the needs of the perspective purchasers.

In order to undertake such developments H3 Developments has access to private funding along with its own resources coupled with excellent relationships with several major financial institutions. These relationships and resources allow H3 Developments to act quickly and secure sites and develop them out to produce high quality homes.

As a small Development Company, we are flexible in our approach to property development and so are able to work closely with land owners and are able to consider variety of different structures such as Joint Venture Agreement so as to allow the land owners an opportunity of maximising their returns from their site.

H3 Developments are actively seeking suitable Residential Development Opportunities throughout the Yorkshire and Lancashire Regions for between 5 and 20 units. These opportunities could be sites with or without planning consent throughout the Yorkshire and Lancashire Regions.
