Construction Phase Plans and Method Statements

Assisted a Principal Contractor in preparing their Construction Phase Plans and Method Statements and Risk assessments for a number of large officer strip out contracts throughout the UK.

The works included the preparation of the Construction Phase Plan and subsequent discussions with the Clients Principal Designer regarding any comments that they may have had regarding the Construction Phase Plan.  Any subsequent amendments made were re-submitted to the principal Designer.

Preparation of a Method Statement for the proposed works and the associated Risk Assessments relating to the proposed works.

The preparation of all the necessary site documentation so as to allow the clients to effectively manage and run their site efficiently and in accordance with the CDM Regulations 2015.
