H3 Property Consultants were appointed by a local housing association to prepare the CDM Regulations 2015 paperwork for a new build development that they were embarking on. The services that they provided were:-
- Preparation of the Clients Brief for the project
- Preparation of the Pre-Construction Information Pack for the development and the issuing of this to the Principal Contractor
- Informing the Clients of their Duties as set out under the CDM Regulations and providing them confirmation of what they were required to do to fulfil their Duties.
