Over the Roof – Asda Project

The brief

Working on behalf of Harris Construction Management, H3’s brief was to manage an over roof project for a number of ASDA’s distribution centres across the UK.

What we did

H3 acted as project manager on the multi-site over roofing project on behalf of  Harris Construction Management for their clients ASDA.  This involved constant communication with each of the Asda General Managers of each of the sites along with their Health and Safety Managers to keep them informed of programme and progress.  All of these sites remained operational during these works.  H3 also had to programme all the works with the sub-contractors to make sure that they too worked to the programme agreed with Asda.

The programme of works finished on time and to budget.
