Relocation of Legal Practice

The services undertaken for the Client were acting as a client’s representative in relation to locating new offices that would suit the clients requirements.

 

After working with the clients establishing what they required from the new offices I then compiled a list of suitable properties both currently on the market and some that were not yet on the market.

 

The short list of possible sites were visited by H3 PCS and assess for their suitability.  The short list was then submitted to the clients for  their comment by the Clients and the best were visited by the Clients.

 

Once the suitable office accommodation was chosen new lease terms were negotiated with the landlord’s agent.  Once terms were agreed and Solicitors instructed, I managed the legal process to ensure that matters progressed quickly and without incident.

 

Upon completion of the lease I worked with the Clients to finalise their fit out and scope of works and negotiated terms with the preferred Principal Contractor.  I then project managed the fit out of the new offices to the client’s specification along with undertaking all the duties under the CDM Regulations 2015 for the Client and Principal Designer.
